The selection of fresh juices and dishes was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making the overall service quality exceed my expectations. 3. Impeccable Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with housekeeping provided twice daily, ensuring everything was always in perfect order. 4. Relaxing Spa: The spa services were excellent and highly recommended. 5. Convenient Transportation: The resort provided complimentary pick-and-drop services to nearby attractions, including the beach, shopping centers, and Carnival Magic. Special thanks to Mr. Tree for being so cooperative and friendly during these trips. 6. Thoughtful Staff: The facility staff were amazing throughout our stay. 7. Birthday Surprise: The resort surprised us with a delicious cake for my daughter’s birthday, which added a personal touch to our experience. 8. The service was absolutely top-notch – the entire staff was attentive, kind, and professional. A special shoutout to AIR and the assistant, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Their warm hospitality really made us feel at home. The sound system in the villa was the best I’ve experienced – perfect for relaxing by the pool or enjoying the evening vibes. If you’re looking for a clean, elegant, and peaceful getaway with exceptional service and stunning views, I highly recommend Andara Resort. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent hotel, booked the 2 bed penthouse pool suite. Room was large, well set out with 2 beds, lounge space with dining table and well stocked kitchen and outdoor balcony. Small private pool with sun beds were on the roof accessible by a set of stairs within the suite lobby area. Main restaurant is great for meals, though we ate mostly in our room as plenty of space. Good choice of western and thai dishes for adults and kids. Excellent sauna which we visited twice. Very helpful staff. Use of hotel transport for runs into Kamala for free was great facility. Hotel has prime location on the edge of Kamala town which can be reached by use of complimentary hotel transport or a short walk. Also only 3 minutes to nearby closest local restaurants, 7-11 and Pharmacy.

Entering the villa was really an exceptional experience with plenty of space, decoration and artwork in local style and relaxing music playing in the background. The pool of the villa was nice and the hotel common pool was splendid, with usually plenty of space. The hotel breakfast was versatile with many choices of different types of dishes. The hotel personnel was really helpful, resourceful and polite. The hotel has an agreement with one of the beach bars where you can use sunbeds and get beach towels for free, and also good service. The hotel has also free taxi service to the beach.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind and the breakfasts were the best I’ve ever experienced - incredibly wide selection. Also we didn’t know there is a shuttle to the beach included for guests which was extremely useful so made it very easy for us to get to Kamala beach and restaurants there. Generally the hotel staff paid great attention to detail which I really appreciate and feel makes the difference of a good and great hotel. Overall, our stay was very special and I’d happily visit again.
